Be sure to have completed your online paperwork including your medical history and sleep history. This allows for your first visit to move more efficiently once you arrive. If you have had any insurance changes since you completed your paperwork be sure to let our front desk know!

If you have any questions about your teeth, the office, our plan, your financial presentation, etc. please ask! Many patients have never been to an orthodontist before and are curious about appliances we may present or options available. We are happy to answer anything that may come to mind. There is no such thing as a dumb question when it comes to your health.
